Get in Touch With Our Patient Advisers About Treatment at Archways
Thank you for your interest in Archways Recovery Centers. Please complete the form below and one of our patient advisers will get back to you shortly. If you would rather speak to somebody directly, the phone numbers and email address on this page reach the same team.
Enquiries come from people considering treatment for themselves, from family members who are not sure whether the situation warrants it yet, and from clinicians and case managers making referrals. All three are welcome, and none of them require you to have made a decision before making contact.

What Happens After You Make Contact With Archways Recovery Centers
People frequently delay calling a treatment provider because they do not know what they are committing to by picking up the phone. The answer is nothing. A first conversation is a conversation.
You describe the situation in your own words
There is no script you need to follow and no terminology you are expected to know. A patient adviser will listen, ask questions, and answer yours.
We establish whether our level of care fits
Our intensive outpatient program suits many adults but not everybody. Where someone needs medically supervised withdrawal management or a residential setting first, we will say so and point toward it.
Insurance benefits are checked
Coverage is verified before treatment begins so that nobody starts a program without understanding the financial picture.
A clinical assessment is arranged if it makes sense to
The assessment is what produces an actual treatment recommendation, including whether dual diagnosis treatment or sober living should form part of the plan.
What to Have Ready Before You Call About Addiction Treatment
None of this is required, and nobody will be turned away for not having it. Having it to hand simply makes a first conversation more productive.
| Useful to Have | Why It Helps |
|---|---|
| Insurance card | Allows benefits to be verified quickly rather than across several calls |
| A rough history of substance use | What, how much, how long, and when the last use was, which informs whether detox is needed first |
| Any previous treatment episodes | What was tried before and what happened afterwards is genuinely useful clinical information |
| Current medications and diagnoses | Particularly relevant where a co-occurring mental health condition is being treated |
| Your practical constraints | Work patterns, childcare, and transport shape which group schedule will actually be attendable |
Confidentiality of Enquiries and Treatment Records
Contacting a treatment provider is protected. Substance use treatment records in the United States carry protections under federal privacy law that are, in several respects, stricter than those applying to general medical records, and that protection extends to the fact of your enquiry.
In practice this means we do not contact your employer, and we do not disclose information to family members without your written authorization. Where a family member makes the initial enquiry on someone else’s behalf, we can discuss the program and the process in general terms, but we cannot confirm or discuss the involvement of any specific individual without their consent.
If You Need Help Outside Our Hours of Operation
Our offices operate Monday to Friday. Addiction and mental health crises do not keep to that schedule, so the following resources are available at any hour, on any day, at no cost.
| Resource | Contact | For |
|---|---|---|
| Emergency services | 911 | Suspected overdose or any immediate medical emergency |
| 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline | Call or text 988 | Mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or emotional distress |
| SAMHSA National Helpline | 1-800-662-4357 | Free, confidential treatment referral and information, available around the clock |
Common Questions About Contacting a Treatment Provider
Am I committing to anything by getting in touch?
No. An enquiry is an enquiry. Plenty of people make contact, gather information, and decide to do something else or nothing at all, and that is a legitimate outcome of a phone call.
Can I contact you about somebody else?
Yes, and many people do. We can explain the program, the levels of care, and how to approach a difficult conversation. What we cannot do is discuss a specific person’s involvement with us without their authorization.
Will you call or email me repeatedly if I make an enquiry?
No. Aggressive follow-up is a well-earned complaint about parts of this industry. One response, and further contact if you ask for it.
Do you accept referrals from other providers?
Yes. Referrals from detox providers, residential programs, hospitals, courts, employers, and clinicians are all welcome, and the fax line exists for exactly that traffic.
What if I cannot afford treatment?
Raise it in the first conversation. Insurance coverage is more common than people assume, and where we are not a workable option financially we would rather help you find one that is than leave you without a route forward.
We care about you and your loved ones.
Let us help you pass through your triumphant arch and into freedom. Whatever stage you are at, and however long it has taken to get to the point of asking, the conversation starts wherever you are.
